Meet the Team

H3 Property Management grew out of a dream and a necessity. After decades of serving clients in the real estate industry, Tim, Lori and Erica Hart quickly realized that in order to deliver exceptional service to their clients they had to expand to offer a ‘full service’ solution.

As our client base has grown, we recognize that a team can better deliver that service so we can put every client first. Therefore, when you hire H3 Property Management, you are hiring a team - a team focused on finding a solution for your real estate needs, not matter what they are. We know that people own property for a purpose - a purpose leading towards greater life goals. As our name suggests, our objective is to better understand your needs, and position our team to meet those needs with great competency and care.

Whether your needs involve the management of commercial properties, residential properties, or something in between, we recognize real estate may be someone's livelihood as well as someone's lifestyle. We want to distill the "big dream" down into bona fide steps to get you past any forks in the road and onto your destination.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tim brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to property management. As a business owner, real estate investor, father and community member, Tim understands commitment, communication and diligence. His unique skill set has propelled him to develop the systems necessary to ease the process of buying, renting and selling for real estate owners and investors alike.

Tim will shoot you straight, give you all the available options and solutions, and work hard to make sure you are satisfied for years to come. Tim deals with residential and commercial properties—owners, investors, and tenants with courtesy and ease.

Tim ultimately recognizes that meeting his client’s needs starts with a good relationship. As a result, you receive more than just good management service and advice. When he is not serving his clients, you can find him actively involved in his community or spending time with family and friends in the rivers and mountains.

Erica Hart Owner, Property Manager

After graduating from Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship with a degree in Marketing, Erica chose to pursue a career in real estate and property management. Being raised in Montana by two Real Estate Brokers, she has found herself immersed since a young age. Because of this, Erica has not only gained a love for the Montana lifestyle, but passion and knowledge for the industry and local area.

Combining her background in marketing with her love for all things Montana, Erica brings a unique perspective and skillset to the table. In order to best serve her clients, she aims to build lasting relationships with them, be a trusted advocate for them, and ultimately guide them to achieve their goals. With the area becoming one of the West’s most sought-after destinations, dependable property managers are needed more than ever. With patience and diligence, Erica hopes to ease the process and make it enjoyable for both owners and tenants.

When Erica is out of the office, you can find her searching for powder on the slopes, or exploring Big Sky Country with her Golden Retriever, Millie!
